Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies for Initial & Follow-Up Sessions At Hive Physical Therapy, we value your time and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care. To help us serve you best, we require the following: Initial Evaluation (New Clients) A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your evaluation session (total cost: $130). The remaining $80 is due at the time of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Follow-Up Sessions (Returning Clients) To make scheduling simple, we require a credit or debit card to be kept securely on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is collected at your session unless other arrangements are made. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $50 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Founding Client Package, and all online programs are non-refundable. If you no show, or give less than 24 hours notice for a founding client package appointment, that appointment will be considered a use of 1 of your visits.
